THE Great Leader President Kim Il Sung is not only the Leader of the Korean people, but the Leader of all the progressive world’s people that believe in equality and justice.
Few know how the love of President Kim Il Sung was not only materialized in the Republic but manifested all around the world.
Comrade Che Guevara greatly praised the system of the DPRK and his meeting with our Great Leader.
The present King of Cambodia, Norodom Sihamoni, and his father King Norodom Sihanouk, lived for some years in Pyongyang protected from the Red Khmer that wanted to kill them. A boulevard in the capital of Phnom Penh is named after President Kim Il Sung.
Samora Machel, Leader of the Mozambican revolution was escorted by DPRK soldiers and his army trained by Korean experts sent by President Kim Il Sung. Many soldiers of the Korean People’s Army died from malaria for helping rebuild Mozambique.
Francisco Macias, first President of Equatorial Guinea, asked President Kim Il Sung to take care of his children. They were educated and protected by him for a long time.
Vietnam, Egypt and other countries received support when attacked by imperialist forces. Universities, factories and public buildings were built out of his friendship wish and desire that not only the Korean people, but the full humanity will live in a better world, without exploitation and suffering.
There are so many thousands of people that today can enjoy a happy life, directly and indirectly, by the benevolence of our Great Leader Kim Il Sung. He sent Korean doctors to the furthest corner of the planet. Poor people that did not have the means and material to receive treatment could at last cure their diseases.
Inside Korea, during the liberation of the country he managed to put together people all kinds of backgrounds and beliefs. He gave the chance to landlords, prostitutes and even thieves, symbols of the decadent previous society, to change their wrong path and embrace the new era of socialism in Juche Korea.
His legacy is so huge that words cannot measure it. A country free of AIDS and illiteracy. Without homeless people, a truly independent and sovereign nation with full dignity.
His close contact with all the people and humble lifestyle make all citizens believe that 20 years after his demise, he is still with them, he is still with us. The more we study his life, the more we learn that it is not enough to be a communist or a revolutionary fighter, a great heart is needed, like the one of our Great Leader Kim Il Sung, a heart with love for the people as powerful as a million suns!! ***
