The Cause of the Reunification is the Cause of the Great Man

IT was a lifelong wish of the Eternal President of the DPRK Comrade Kim Il Sung to reunify Korea under the principles of independence, peace and great national unity. President Kim Il Sung worked hard for realizing this Cause until the very last moment of His Great life.

Soon the Korean people and the progressive people all over the world will commemorate the 20th anniversary of the passing away of the Eternal Kim Il Sung.

On that occasion all the people of strong sense of moral obligation and progress shall raise their voices of solidarity toward the Korean people in their struggle for the independent and peaceful reunification.

Conducting solidarity activities for the Cause of the Korean people is equal as conducting activities for the immortal Cause of Kim Il Sung.

The division of Korea is a tragedy that has last for too long. US imperialists and their ideological as well as geopolitical aims are the root of that tragedy. Millions of people in the north, in the south and abroad are forced to live under a constant fear in their hearts and with tears of pain in their cheeks.

“People are my God” was the motto of President Kim Il Sung. Thus, He gave everything for the people's happiness through building a true people's country and leading the struggle for independent and peaceful reunification.

The three principles of the reunification, Proposal of the founding Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo as well as the Ten-Point Programme of the Great Unity of the Whole Nation written by President Kim Il Sung are significant and ever-victorious documents.

Those documents of Kim Il Sung should be studied constantly in order to realize the history and future paths of the Korea's reunification. Those documents are His heritage not only for the Korean people but also for the world's progressive forces.

The Eternal General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea Comrade Kim Jong Il made everything for realizing the President Kim Il Sung's Cause on reunification. Today the First Secretary of the WPK Marshall Kim Jong Un is leading that work with full of confidence and holding high the historic Cause of two Great Men.

Achieving peace and reunification is the task that Korean people shall do by their own efforts. We, the progressive friends of the Korean people, should dedicate our efforts for supporting them in that historic task.

Let us commemorate the 8th of July by conducting solidarity activities for the independent and peaceful reunification of Korea and thus realizing the Cause of President Kim Il Sung! ***
